SMS terms and conditions:
These SMS terms and conditions apply to project-mongoose, Project-Mongoose, LLC, (“Mongoose”), and all subsidiary products, including but not limited to HIO. Both Mongoose and HIO utilize models that interact with users over short message service (“SMS” or “text messaging”).

By texting HIO or project-mongoose models from your mobile phone (“phone”), you:

Authorize storage of your phone number in accordance with the project-mongoose Privacy Policy (www.project-mongoose.com/privacy)

Acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of your phone number or you have been granted specific permission to text HIO or Mongoose by the owner of the phone.

Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply.

HIO is designed to answer questions using an OpenAI model customized for specific buildings. Therefore, the frequency of texts from HIO or Mongoose models vary with usage. After asking a question, the model is designed to send an SMS text message back within one minute with an answer to your question. Text HELP to 1-864-598-2655 for help.

Mongoose and HIO will not contact you unless specifically prompted with a text message. Mongoose and HIO send no recurring messages, but reserve the right to text you regarding updates to our service or policies.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By agreeing to these terms, you understand that project-mongoose and HIO’s products are entirely automated (not monitored by a human). HIO and Mongoose reserve the right to store texts sent to and from models in accordance with the Privacy Policy (www.project-mongoose.com/privacy). Text communications are, by nature, unencrypted. You agree to not share sensitive or confidential information with HIO or Mongoose over text message.

Abuse of the Service:
Mongoose and HIO reserve the right to revoke your access to SMS responses in cases of abuse. To prevent overuse, project-mongoose may utilize rate-limiting procedures.

Opting Out:
Text communication from project-mongoose or HIO can be stopped at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number. Following an opt-out message, if you continue to ask the model further questions, you will be prompted to reaccept the terms and conditions.
